Were they taken to Court and the evidence tested?

Unless they were they are not comparable.

And that of course is the point.

As for the Trump evidence the word of one woman and two others who claimed that he had assaulted them at different times but again no evidence.

It wasn't just that though. I doubt that a conviction would have happened if it were. It was Trump's own evidence in his deposition which seemed to tip the balance.

What evidence? You keep referring to this other evidence.

Trump said some unpleasant things about women in an interview 20 years ago he is not a nice man that is a gimme.

How does that prove he assaulted this woman but didn't rape her.

He has consistently denied even knowing this woman and no evidence has been produced to contradict that so the democrats fund this woman's claim backed up by 2 other woman regarding separate incidents which again has no evidence.

Read his deposition. He said he didn't know her, but was pictured with her. When asked to identify her, he confused her with his wife at the time, having said she "wasn't his type". He was shown the infamous video in which he claimed to be able to do whatever he wanted, whenever he wanted, to women, because of his fame. He stumbled all through it, incriminating himself frequently.

You would need to ask the jury for a precise answer on why they convicted on assault but not rape. I can only make a guess.

Wow damming evidence I bet you remember every person you've met over the last 30 years.

Just because he isn't a nice man....

But if that is your idea of evidence then how about this.

Her story matches that of a US crime show Law & Order SVU which the victim acknowledged she was aware of. The show was aired shortly before she decided to go public.

He was proven guilty! That's what the jury determined. They heard the whole case. You have just read some tittle-tattle, read what Trump says, added it to your prejudices and decided it wasn't proven. You are wrong. You don't decide. The jury did.

I'm not interested if he was guilty or not, quite frankly.
The bigger picture is far more important, and that is that these cases against Trump are being encouraged by people who oppose him politically.
This is not about justice. It is about subverting democracy.

That's the logic of every conspiracy theorist.

Ultimately such things are decided in a Court, where evidence is tested and independent jurors decide.

Trump's team have lost every case in which they tried to establish a "witch-hunt" exists.

You either trust a justice system, or you don't. If you don't you may as well take to the hills or leave the country because a functioning democracy depends upon it.

Only a moron can't see that. In this age of equality, you cannot exclude the sighted.

I don't trust a justice system which allows political manipulation.

It’s not my idea of evidence at all. It was the evidence that was presented to the jury. Trump was questioned during his deposition and his responses and inability to provide a credible denial that seems to have convinced them.

I am unaware of whether his defence raised the issue of a TV programme but if they did it obviously didn’t tip the balance.

That you, or anyone else, who wasn’t on the jury think you know better than them is besides the point. You weren’t on the jury. You didn’t hear the arguments.

Apart from Trump’s claims and your own prejudice what evidence do you have for that assertion?

Nor do I.

If I see one in the west I’ll let you know.

Russia, Iran, North Korea, different.

I've not forgotten the discussion.

Ashley Biden has not pressed charges however her diary exists.
Arguably similar evidence exist for both situations yet you scoff at evidence for one whilst championing the other.

Fess up to your hypocrisy for once.
