Mateta made the difference in the 13 minutes he was on the pitch. He was more of a target than Edouard and seemed to unsettle Fulham. We were pretty toothless for the first hour aside from Edouard's goal and I thought Roy was leaving it a bit late to change things, but fair play as going 4-4-2 worked. If he'd made the change 10 minutes earlier could we have won it though? 2-2 a fair result in the end. Paulinha really lucky to stay on the pitch and so was Tosin.

We finished the game better than Fulham I was hopeful of a winner, Fulham were fouling all the time. A good point thanks to 'deadly' Ward finishing.

Decent end of season game that could have gone either way so a draw was about right . Poor defending for both their goals though Im not sure it was a clear pen ,Mitchel just got a bit too close and the Fulham guy decided to have wrestling match Second was a stupid foul but if there is one man you have to mark its Mitrovic . Ive mentioned it before in previous match threads but one of our centre halves needs to take charge of the situation and start shouting at people Good goal from Eddie (about time ) Eze again proving his value when carrying the ball forward and making the pass . Beer O'clock
And we still need a striker |

Watched the highlights - never a pen - he just dived over Mitchell’s arm. Shocking defending for their second. Tremendous equaliser though.

Two main things to take from the match, 1) Edouard can’t pass the ball at all, it is embarrassing for a player playing at this level. 2) Mitchell is a liability defensively. He got way too close to the attacker allowing him to win a soft penalty. He then unnecessarily gave away the free kick that Mitrovic headed in from. I’ve lost count of the number of goals scored against us that he has either been directly or indirectly involved in. We desperately need competition for left back. 2-2 a decent result though all things considered.
