Crystal Palace midfielder Yohan Cabaye is the latest player to be added to the Premier League's longest injury list after sustaining a calf strain at Southampton.

He joins Scott Dann (knee), James Tomkins (calf), Fraizer Campbell (leg) and Patrick van Aanholt (ankle) out of action.

James McArthur (back) could come in for Cabaye after recovering from injury and fellow midfielder Joe Ledley is available again after his wife gave birth.

Arsenal's third-choice keeper Emiliano Martinez will keep his place in the side with with both Petr Cech (calf) and David Ospina (back) injured.

Laurent Koscielny (achilles) and Lucas Perez (thigh) are sidelined, while Francis Coquelin is available again.

"Yohan Cabaye is a good player. We were interested in him at one stage when he was at Newcastle. He is a very good passer of the ball but Palace have a big squad with many good players. Having one player out is not always a problem for these clubs.

"It was a big surprise [Palace beating Chelsea] for sure because they played away from home. It was a shock for Chelsea.

"But it’s what we’ve seen since the start of the season - surprising results because the difference between the teams has become shorter so anything can happen in any game. But it doesn’t change my thinking about Monday. We know we have to be at our best."
