Veteran Palace keeper Julian Speroni is likely to keep his place in goal despite his blunder at Liverpool last week and the new arrival of 21-year-old Lucas Perri on loan from Sao Paulo.

Stoppers Vicente Guaita (calf) and Wayne Hennessey (thigh) are still sidelined. Left-back Pape Souare is recovering from a dislocated shoulder.

Forward duo Connor Wickham and Christian Benteke are both expected to feature in the cup tie as they make their way to full match fitness.

Tottenham trio Harry Kane and Dele Alli and Ben Davies are out, while midfielder Moussa Sissoko (knee) will have his fitness checked. Son Heung-min is unlikely to feature after travelling back from international duty with South Korea.
