Kieron Cadogan is confident Crystal Palace can gel together soon and move up the league table.
The Eagles are currently languishing in the bottom three of the Championship after a stuttering start to the new season.
They suffered an injury time defeat to league leaders QPR on Saturday after Cadogan looked like he had sealed a point with an 89th minute equaliser.
Neil Warnock's Rangers broke Palace's hearts with the last gasp winner but Cadogan is putting it down to experience and reckons the Eagles will bounce back.
He said: "We played well [against QPR] but those last four minutes after we scored the equaliser we seemed to lose concentration, we switched off a bit. It's a learning curve I suppose, but it's still early in the season so there's nothing to panic about.
"We're gelling and we're getting tougher as a group. We're still getting to know each other a bit but I'm sure we'll get there.
"We've got the international break now and this is our chance to really knit together as a team and a group, and hopefully we'll come out on top.
"We've got players out, players coming back so there's not a great deal to worry about at the moment."
