Stoke City forward Cameron Jerome has moved to Crystal Palace on loan for the rest of the season.
Jerome, 27, has found first team chances limited at the Britannia Stadium and his only appearance was as a substitute in Palace's recent 2-1 defeat.
The move was completed late last night with Palace allowed extra time to complete the paperwork after the 11pm cut-off.
Jerome has netted 12 times in 60 games for Stoke after joining from Birmingham in 2011 and became Palace's fourth deadline day deal.
The Eagles were on the verge of signing QPR striker Andy Johnson but it fell through at the death with Rangers believed to have hiked the price at the last minute.
"We thought we had an agreement on the player, and a fee agreed with the club, and we felt the goal-posts were moved at the last minute," said the Palace co-chairman, Steve Parish. "Maybe I've got that wrong, but that's what the lads involved in the deal have said."
Keep up to date with Palace's 2013/14 transfers.
