Just our luck!

Can’t believe he got injured in the flipping 87th minute. Looked quite bad - a kick on the calf and twist of the ankle.

Fingers crossed not serious!

I am really beginning to believe Palace can’t play more than two games in a row without getting a serious injury!

Always remembering walking from the Holmesdale to the Whitehorse end at half time!

Have no reason to criticise Roy H, but why wait so long with substitutions? Especially midfielders covering so much distance......like Yohan Cabaye injuried 5 min. before full time on 1-4. Game was lost anyway and our French maestro has struggled lately.

Losing at the Arse is what we do. Bank the 0 points and move onto games we can win.

I love Cabaye, one of my favorite players but he was wrong for this game Jairo should have started or at the very least been brought on as soon as Roy saw it wasn't working, on the ten minute mark at the latest. Roy has to take some of the blame for this game. His lack of action in the first half is just bizarre, unless as someone else has pointed out that he was trying to make a point to Parish about transfers and if that's true (I'm not 100%% sure it is) he's done it at the expense of one of our most creative players.

Bangell - If Camus wrote The Myth of Sisyphus today, it would be about Jason Puncheon eternally trying and failing to pass with his right foot.

Don’t be daft. Roy is a professional, no way he would risk Cabaye to prove a point. Hopefully we will have a few back for the West Ham game, and another few in, that is where we need a result.

You would have subbed off a 32 year old respected player like Cabaye on the 10 minute mark?

That's just a big no-no in football. Plus, it wasn't just Cabaye's fault today. I can't see a difference with him subbed off

If serious, a worse event than the loss.

If I was a well respected talented manager who knew my stuff I probably wouldn't have played him in the first place considering we were up against a team that were going to run our midfield ragged. I know I'm clutching at straws here and a lot went wrong and I'm in no way blaming Cabaye. If anything I'm blaming Roy for not doing something sooner. I think in a match where you are 4 down after 16 minutes the "big no-nos" in football should go out the window.

Time to also shelve the type of players who are not regularly making even the subs bench. Long term, we need a final 25 who are capable of vying for the top spots in both league and cup with scope to rotate. We're nowhere near that level yet.

I think you should have stopped there.
