I try to be positive, especially with a 2-0 with at the weekend, but how on earth is this guy getting played so much. He must have something over Roy......I have never seen a player with such little football intelligence. Gives the ball away so much with terrible passes, daydreams and gets caught of position so badly. He shows if you have a left foot, pace and keep yourself fit you can make it to the premiership somehow with little football technique but i do love him still........hes an eagle.

Maybe the commentary is too harsh, but in the essence it's absolutely true!

Not sure he deserves all the flack that some Holers dish out in his direction. He can play for the whole match which I don't think Meyer is capable of at the moment, both are guilty of lapses of various kinds, he may not be so creative but he is tenacious and that is probably why he gets the nod in midfield, he also pops up in the right place to score goals on a fairly regular basis.

Schlupp takes a lot of unnecessary stick by Palace fans. He has scored 4 goals this season and provided assists. He has weaknesses but so do plenty of other Palace players. He is a very useful squad member who deserves to play a part either as a starter or as a sub. Guess his face doesn't fit with some supporters whilst others like PVA and Zaha can do no wrong. Jeff Schlupp is maybe not the greatest player we've had but he is a solid professional with a very good engine who can play in a variety of left-sided positions. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think he's the only player in our ranks who's actually won something, with 23 appearances in Leicester's title -winning season. So he also must have a winning mentality, which can have a very good effect behind the scenes.

Schlupp scores the winner against Fulham, and as been said 4th of the season, and is still open to scathing criticism. Zaha gets sent off for petulance and people are praising him to the hilt. I'd rather have a player who's prepared to give his all than the spoilt brat

After his goals at man city and vs Fulham I am warming up to Schlupp a little bit. Roy likes the cut if his jib big time, but he is a Roy type player. Schlupp’s issue is consistency. He doesn’t just go from league one to premier league level, he goes down to Sunday league sometimes. He is often responsible for a move breaking down, though he and PVA are really at odds to win that competition. He has pace to burn but seems to rarely use it, and cannot seem to go past a player. Defensively he is often suspect, like the first goal at man city, however again a certain PVA is right up there with him on that one. Fact is Schlupp has popped up with some goals and the manager likes him. However one has to wonder now if he will be the first sub to come on when not starting, if we are chasing a game, as now we have more options.

I have seen some rather funny player comparisons here, someone once likened hennessey to gigi buffon. Zaha and Schluppy are not operating in the same league.
