I know that in the past there have been complaints about the box office staff but today I received excellent service from Finn . I had forgotten my glasses and he went out of his way to help assist me . Thanks for your help and patience

Good for him.

A friend travelled on Emirates Airline with his wife he was taken seriously ill. Their staff were brilliant on the plane and at the airport.

He wanted to praise the staff but found it almost impossible using the customer service tool, the assumption being he had a complaint. It's a shame that companies don't realise this.

I had a similar experience with BT who are normally useless, they sent a lad out to fix my landline phone 3 others had tried and failed to find the fault. This lad tracked it down to a cupboard in our block of flats that looked like spaghetti junction.

Trying to get BT to understand he'd done a good job....

Never had any major issues with the BO staff. I know one of them (Ryan I think his name was?) used to occasionally see me on an away day and say hello as he recognised me
