3 days in the run up to christmas. Apparently the drivers are owed a few hundred quid in backpay and the company are refusing to cough up.

I'm sick of people being stitched up by their employers.

The strike won't affect me as in solidarity with the drivers, I refuse to buy anything in Argos until the company does the right thing and pay the drivers what they are entitled to. Will also be a lot cheaper than potential losses if they do pay up.

It's a shame as I normally get the boys ps4 games from there as it's pretty cheap.

It's got bugger all to do with Argos, but then saying you're going on strike for a company most people have never heard of doesn't make the news.

And they have offered backdated additional pay.

Solidarity ha ha ha. You're going to stop buying milk too then I presume?

Optimistic as ever

Who says they are entitled? Going on strike will cost their company a lot of money at their busiest time. Staff holding companies to ransom to try and srew them over. Would sack anyone who ges on strike. Same with the trains and post office. f***ing things up so they can get their own way. If they dont like it.. Leave.

So you refuse to use a shop because that shop uses a company which is having a dispute? Why is that Argos' fault? How far does that principle go? Do you stop using any company who uses the Post Office because they are in dispute currently?

If people boycott argos they will have a word with the company to sort it.

Argos is owned by Sainsbury so he'll have to boycott them too

It's not even Argos workers who have the dispute.

Are you boycotting milk? Seeing as they deliver over a billion litres of that per year.
