Is Justine Greening going to be anymore popular? Who knows in this new world of caring conservatives. She went to a comprehensive which is a plus point. I just hope she looks at educational research to see how damaging formal education and testing for under 7's is. Gove didn't believe in expert opinion and ploughed on ahead with his plans regardless. Now we have many many dissaffected children in our schools.

With a bit of arm twisting from the lib dems I'm sure you are right - it always seemed very sensible to me though, whoever was twisting arms.

Seems to be quite a few teachers on the HOL so here is a question.....what are you looking for from the incoming education secretary, with a bit of detail?
