Already getting to the point where we will be hoping that Sunderland and Hull continue their downward spiral and we have to battle for 17th place - unless, of course, we find a ball holding midfielder and stop putting all our eggs in the Benteke basket.
Also do I detect that our new keeper is not the superman his adoring Palace fans believe him to be?

Cabaye should have scored 2/3 today. Not a great game otherwise though we were set up all wrong. What do people think of Jimmy Mac's game? Anonymous?

I think we missed punch today. Kelly should be dropped, its not normal for a left back to be substituted every game, just start fryers.
We were lucky against sunderland but a left back substituted on 70 mins isnt going to change an awful lot. For me kelly is too limited in attack, cannot pass and gets found wanting. Id convert him to a centre back.

Also not been overly impressed with Townsend from what i've seen recently.
