I disagree slightly, most people would agree with that view perhaps 10-15 years ago or earlier certainly, however, we have moved on as a society and that people who do continue to want to smoke should not infringe on others in any way, in fact, I would make it illegal to smoke around other people in any way as I know some people who still smoke with children in the house and their kids turn up school stinking of cigarette smoke. If people want to kill themselves with smoke, go right ahead, but if it affects other people it is downright selfish Edited by Pussay Patrol (12 Dec 2017 3.24pm)

The cost is interesting to look at in relation to football. If for instance you smoke a pack of twenty cigarettes a day costing £8.00 each, a season ticket for Palace costing £500.00 is nine weeks worth of smoking. So if you smoke but can't/wont be able to afford a season ticket then think about stopping smoking and physically putting the money away somewhere to buy one. Nice... lots of people complain about the cost of living but spend their money on things that make it difficult to afford to buy the things that would do them more benefit.

Nicotine is a poison no matter how it is delivered. Liquid nicotine is present in e-cigarettes. Smokers go to the back of the queue.

One of the problems have having designated bars where smoking is allowed is that staff will inhale the smoke too. Often the workers are the ones with little choice in the matter. For decades I worked as a semi-pro musician in rooms full of smoke and where other musicians smoked; it may have harmed me; the future will tell.

Smoking has never been an illness although it can lead to illnesses which is completely different. If you wish to answer aggressively at least make sure that you've got your facts right otherwise you just end up looking daft.
