The result which personally gave me the most joy was in Feb '76 watching the old Final Score videprinter and listening to David Coleman commentating that there could well be a shock in store in the FA Cup 4th round as was confirmed by the first nil in: "LEEDS UTD 0 C PALACE 1". 11 years old at the time and I don't think I've reached that state of elation since, and I'm not a virgin and my love life hasn't been a complete wash out. Thank you Big Mal & co - Leeds had just the lost the European Cup Final to Bayern Munich and were bookies favourites for the cup, though this was part of the beginning of their decline. So any ecstatic reminiscences you'd care to share?

4 - 3.

Play off wins and survival games come close, but no cigar.

The FA semi was a emotional game but if I have to pick one game it has to be the 2004 play off final, beating the spammers in the biggest game in English football is extra special to me, growing up in West Ham and supporting Palace since 1969 I've at to endure quite a lot of gloating from friends and family but since that great day they tend to avoid confrontation has they really don't like being reminded.

No mention of the 0-2 at the Amex bro that surprises me.

Play Off win at Selhurst in 1989 against Blackburn, turning round the 3-1 deficit the scenes were amazing.

We are Palace from Selhurst.

The 4-3 against Liverpool made me a fan of the club aged 9...but I wasn't there.

The 3-1 come back against Brighton....but I wasn't there.

So I'll go with a 1-0 defeat to Birmingham City probably in 1997 where me and my dad got drenched in the bottom of the Holmesdale then our train went through Selhurst without stopping. The game was sh*te. Toughens you up as a fan that does. Although it took me 16 years to convince him to come to Selhurst again (and we lost 4-0 to Birmingham City).

Without a doubt the 4-3 against the Scousers looms large,it was justice for the thumping from'pool which I saw.but for shear satisfaction of screwing a team it has to be the 3-3 that cost them the Premiership,Luuuuuvverly!!!!

I don't know why, but 1-3 at the Amex whilst not as important as any of the big games I've been to stood out for me as the one I celebrated and screamed most at. 80 minutes of hell then 10 minutes of madness!

Sunderland playoff semi watched on screen at Selhurst was good. Watford and Sheffield United at Wembley fantastic. Sheffield Wednesday away most tense I think.

Just thinking in recent years, I have to say beating Chelsea twice has given me a great deal of pleasure and pride because I've had to take a lot of stick from the enemy's family over the last 20 odd years.

Trouble is they've taken it pretty well, commenting on what a good side we are now and both results were well deserved, which was frustrating because I wanted to rub their noses in it :-)

4-3 by a country mile.

It just wasn't supposed to happen and I reckon not one of the 15,000 Palace fans there that day actually thought we could honestly do it.
