From the five clubs who three win get relegated, anyone anybody?
Everton; Tom Davies (free) Maupay?
Leeds: Bamford (different player now)
Leicester: Luke Thomas, Iheanacho?
Forest: nobody we can afford worth having
Southampton: Walker-Peters, Maitland-Niles(free from Arsenal), Che Adams(one year left on contract), Alcaraz

For me, Davies, Maitland-Niles both for free, Maupay/Adams possible, But i think Alcaraz is going to be top class, would love him.

Last player I remember us signing from a relegated team the year before was Dwight Gayle?

I’d take Iheanacho all day, proper striker. Im a fan of Walker-Peters think he’d be a good and needed (as a RB ) buy plus agree on Alcaraz

Tom Davies massively overrated and similar to DCL I’d worry he’d spend more time on his hair than football and always liable to trip up on his dress. Maupay/Bamford absolutely not. Adams a championship striker.

I like AMN but unsure as to whether he’d fit the mould, wouldn’t say no categorically.

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!

I fancy Lucy Boynton, but then I realised that wasn't what you meant.

Maitland-Niles would probably be a good fit. Bamford is too fragile for me. I'm a big fan of Ollie Watkins, but he's not going to leave Villa and they're not relegation fodder either.

Dad and I watched games standing on the muddy slope of the Holmesdale Road end. He cheered and I rattled.

Only 2 I can think of, but we could not afford either.

Johnson from Forest
Onana from Everton

Going through your list.
- Davies and Maupay definitely not. The former is overrated and the latter is a non-entity on the pitch - couldn't fill DCL's boots despite the strong midfield.
= Bamford is far too fragile - another Wickham IMO.
- Luke Thomas don't know
-Iheanacho yes but how cheap would he be?
- From Forest, I'd take Lewis O'Brien at a cut-down price
- Walker-Peters yes
- Maitland Niles unsure
- Che Adams no way
- Alcaraz yes but Southampton paid nearly 14m euros for him with a 15% sell-on clause. Can't see Southampton taking a loss on him. If they go down, they'll get a decent wedge for Ward-Prowse from one of the big boys.
