Was it ever confirmed that he was fully fit again, I seem to remember Sam veering from the questions all the time. It's known he doesn't like to change a goalkeeper who's doing well, but we as fans would question why Mandanda is on the bench and not playing. Keeping him out of the spotlight stops those questions to a certain extent.

Can't really say Henessey was doing well. He let in a hefty amount of goals even after Sam came in. Letting in 4's and 5's isn't exactly doing well and at any time could see a goalie being dropped.

I totally agree but Sam didn't seem bothered about Hennessey's performances, and not changing a winning formula etc. For the record I think Hennessey is a 2nd choice keeper at best.
