Wouldn't want Bolasie or Antonio.

Bolasie's injury has finished him, he's lost all his pace and regardless of how much we loved him at Palace, his game was all about pace. Sure he's got some skills, but the end result was using the skill to create a yard and then outpace the wrong footed defender. Without his speed he is not good enough anymore.

Antonio has done nothing outside of a year where he was played as an auxillary striker and chipped in with a few goals.

I would love to see him back tearing up the wing , he didnt even know what he was going to do next, an injury like that takes a long time to recover from and not just physically but mentally also. he is just starting to get the pace back again .

oh yeah ,fcuk off brighton.

Equalling his £80k - £90k per week salary is big and I’d expect pushing our limited budget due to FFP, especially if he isn’t selected or start enough. The final additions will be interesting with salaries in mind after all the noises heard regarding wage/revenue. No wonder they want to get Riedewald out.

Genuine question as I've seen a number of posters say the same, is this fact or just going on what an ACL injury 'CAN' do to your speed/agility?

Whenever I've seen him play since his comeback he's looked a shadow of his former self...going back for him would be a backward step in my eyes...esp on those wages

Interesting. Haven't seen him since his return back to fitness but could be down to match fitness (he has been out for 12+ months) or as you say, he's not quite the same. I'm sure RH and SP would be aware of this decline, 'if' this rumour is true.

I'd have him back, if the price was right.

It's being reported (in the last few mins) that he's 'surplus to requirements' now; so if he were to reduce his wages to say £50kpw and we got him for no more than £15m...i'd suggest it'd be a sensible gamble. being back here COULD potentially bring the best out in him again...but I fear that horse has bolted....

We had the best of him . Sold him to Everton for a fortune. Leave well alone now, he is a shadow of the player we sold, not worth the fee or the wages now. Move on and forward please .
