Not sure what the ex Aston Villa chairman has to do with anything?

Remarkable we are still in The Prem what with the managerial shenanigans over the last five years.

We need strong and stable leadership and there hasn't been a woman boss in the top league yet and she might be free in a few weeks.

Our luck can't hold much longer.

Reports also claim that Allardyce has already cleared his desk at the club’s training ground and has no plans to U-turn on his decision to quit.

Big Sam was appointed Palace boss in December following the sacking of Alan Pardew with the tough task of keeping the Eagles in the top flight...But further plans to strengthen key areas in the summer hit a brick wall having failed to see eye-to-eye with Parish.

West Brom Tony Pulis also resigned from the club after he kept them in the Premier League which resulted in a bitter legal battle with the Palace chairman.

At the time Pulis stated that his decision to leave was because he was not being backed in the transfer market by the board."

And I never thought Pulis was a c@nt either. Never, not then and not since. West Brom finished in 10th spot this year with NO f@cking dramas and NO f2cking relegation battle and NO f@cking stupid dancing ala Pardew.

So you can f@ck off.

That's not really hard as the only other owners since then have been a pair of clueless dickheads.

I don't think that anyone disputes the fact that Parish has Palace's best interests at heart as it's his management that is the problem not his heart

All 3, Goldberg, Jordan and Parish were self made rich businessmen, so hardly clueless dickheads.
It turns out, that Parish has more balls and wont be pushed around by his managers, who only have their own interests to think about..

...and no entertainment and no cup final.

Also, the Sun's reporting still looks like they're reporting on the Mail's reporting. No independent corroboration still.

But is it, though? Is it bad management to spell out to managers what the financial implications are should the manager present unrealistic or unreasonable transfer targets? After all, it's not the manager's money being spent. And it's not like Parish hasn't backed Allardyce in the transfer market. If a manager is going to spit his dummy out because he doesn't get his own way, then perhaps a few of them need the facts of life explained to them.

We have the best squad in about 20 years.

We are in the Premier League for a record 5th year in a row.

Whatever manager we get, he will get a lot of time over the summer.

It's a shock yes, but not the end of the world.
