Shocking. Some of those players should be ashamed of themselves. If they'd have put as much effort knto thd first 3 games as they did yesterday, things could have been a lot better. And don't tell me they were playing the wrong system, or the wrong position, I'm talon about effort - chasing down and pressing, something that was totally missing before. As for our superstar centre forward, if he'd have put away just a couple of the 4 or 5 decent chances he's had.....
Ashamed to be a palace fan, and never thought I'd say that.

Shame? That's a powerful word.

If it is a matter of shame for you then you really should be supporting a different club.

If you are feeling shame over something like this....I think you need to re-evaluate your priorities.

My thoughts exactly
Parish has done so much for this club but here we go again like we did with other chairmans in the past and slag them off

What's the difference between Palace and Selhurst Park today to 2010? Academy is worse but what's better?

He can't win either way can he? You criticise him for not sacking Pardew early enough, and now you're criticising him for sacking deBoer too early?

Make your mind up.

Somewhere between the two is the sweet spot.

Agreed, its the Sun, what can you expect?

But I don't think it's best to make Ward sit out training and then play him is it?

They have a say....De Boer was Parish's pick reportedly against their wishes.

Without Parish you have those same American businessmen running the club.

If Parish turns around and says this isn't worth it then the over reactionary idiots..and I'm not picking you out, I'm speaking generally....but it will be those who take things too far who will be the ones to blame for the club being run by non fan Americans who just view us a commodity.

Hasn't done Liverpool or Man Utd too bad has it?

Bollocks. It he hadn't got lucky with Pulis (for seven months) and Allardyce (for five) he'd have got Palace precisely nowhere on and off the pitch after having £600mill to play with.

He's a bang average Chairman.

If Parish is an average chairman - what sort of manager does that make De Boer?

Well, in 2010 we finished one place above relegation from the Championship having been deducted 10 points for going into administration.

We now have super new lights.

We are about to go on a fantastic run with our talismanic defensive leader back.

But we have lost Owen Garvan and Calvin Andrew, so not all good.

I'm dumbfounded to be honest.

I can't work out what or why this happened after yesterday's result.

You would have thought Steve would back FDB after yesterday - as we showed strong progress on the pitch and things started to be looking better.

You would hope and logically think there are scenes going on we are not aware of. It seems like the decision to fire FDB if he didn't get a result on Sunday had already been made before the opening whistle

Modern day football has become a joke, and it's not exactly news but that said, it is upsetting as a loyal fan and season ticket holder of 10 years + what on earth is happening to us...

Four games, ffs...

Be careful what you wish for. We aren't the same kind of 'protected' species that those kind of clubs represent.
