I've had a Silver membership for the last few years & they use to add 100 points each year. When I checked recently, none had been added for this season. I emailed the box office/memberships & they said no points were being added this season for Silver memberships, but didnt say why.

Memberships changed for this season - only Gold (250) & Junior (100) carry points now. A mate spotted this & upgraded his from Silver at the time.

Will this be five? It's gonna be five! It IS five!

I'm guessing a fair few have the same question and judging by the comments on here & the BBS a load will have contacted him.

Could be worth asking over there on the following thread as Steve Browett has answered a fair few questions.

The tickets are quite expensive for what is only a semi-final. How much will the final tickets be?

Daft question but, short of phoning the box office and asking, how do I know how many points I have? I've been a season ticket holder for ten years, go to home cup games but hardly ever go to away games. It's never seemed important before.

Login and click on My Account then it says loyalty points on the left

The scheme started in 2013. You get 500 points for each year so if you've had a season ticket for 5 years (including renewing for 16/17) then you'll have 2500 points.

Interesting. My 2016/17 ticket isn't showing, I'm wondering if that's because I pay in instalments. Puts me under th 2500.

I know it would cause as many problems as it would cure but it would be handy if we could transfer some of our loyalty points to family or friends so as to even up the numbers as it would make buying tickets less of a gamble. My lad is just under 2500 and we have extra stress waiting for the right day to purchase. Nearly missed Reading and had to go asking for favours. One per season ticket is fair though as we would of taken friends who are fair weather only

This system is more than fair.

The only grievance is that merchandise earns loyalty points.

I would call them up and get it rectified... I will be paying installments and they added my points as soon as i agreed to renew.

Not really sure the whining about merch/f&b points? Someone chooses to spend £300 on merchandise/f&b. To me they've effectively supported the club on a fiscal basis as much as someone who buys 6 away tickets at£50 each given that very little (5%) of the away ticket money goes to the club and 100% of the merch money (not f&b money) does.

I'm not saying that those who support financially are worth more than those who actively go to away games but I won't say they're worth less either.

Someone a few pages back asked for a seating plan - here you go.

We are at the EAST end of the ground (ie the right hand end of the picture)

Lower tier behind the goal is the noisy bit although most full price tickets there are £50

HF are block 111, 112 is also designated as 'singing', 110 and 113 (ie either side) are also likely to be very noisy and lively
