i feel steve parish should have brought in a director of football, but pardew was to blame for a lack of fitness, not having the team prepared at the start of season spending £30 mill on a striker who has poor ball control ,looks as if its all to much bother to chase a ball ,talking about playing tipy tappy football when we had so many holes in the defence and mid field ,said he was not worried about conceding goals ,getting rid of anybody who told him where he was going wrong like ben garner ,the biggest mistake steve parish made was no sacking pardew straight after the cup final and bringing a proper manager in,etc etc yes we did get to the cup final by beating weaken teams and very nearly getting us relagated in the process ,pardew could not give a monkeys about palace the only thing pardew was worried about was pardew ,

I blame Pardew. Hiring Pardew = Parish

Plenty wanted Dougie gone after the first three games of the promotion year? I can't honestly see how anyone can claim that Burley, Holloway, Warnock or Pardew deserved to keep a job, and in any case the results achieved at the end of each of those seasons fully justified the decisions? It doesn't matter why the managers left as I think that the point that the frog was making was that Mr Parish was the one that employed this bunch of misfits

Many people seem to be claiming that the England farce has ruined Allardyce, but his start at Sunderland was almost as poor as his start has been here. No 'instant impact' at Sunderland, as this article wants to insist. That club, like this one, had huge problems which Allardyce had to sort out before things could turn around.

Was told that one of our foreign players cant believe how little the players mix together after training, games etc. After these sessions everyone goes their own way.He reckons that their is no unity amongst the players. When Pards was here,as soon as training was over they all couldn't get out quick enough...apparently its changed now....hope its not too late

It certainly never looked like they did. I wondered also if they knew who else was in their team? "Who's that bloke over there?" "I'll pass backwards in case he's one of theirs". Glad you not running the club, as your not good with figures, but you like to constantly criticise Parish, who is a successful businessman. You also complain about American money, that makes no difference to the team and is irrelevant. Many clubs seek outside investment, not effecting the team at all.

Allardyce probably the most logical choice in our position. So then you've got Warnock and Holloway who both came in because we desperately needed someone after an unexpected departure. Seems to me like the only two real negatives were Pardew, who to be fair had an incredible first year, and Burley who was their first ever appointment.
Employee of the month is a good example of how someone can be both a winner and a loser at the same time. |
