I'm guessing not which is a shame I was genuinely interested to hear but this does seem to be in alignment with everything I have and continue to witness. If you feel as though a desired goal is unachievable, even if no fault of your own (such as other posters), don't pursue a resentment against that fact and move on. WOKE is all about fake victimhood and excuses for a power-grab - LGBT - Anti-Christian....pro all else - Censorship Many of the above can be millionaires.....Graham Norton, Wilfried Zaha, too many women to mention, Mohamad Al Fayad, and no mention of truly worthy causes - the elderly - World Peace - victims of industrial accidents - Neuro-diversity many of the above are poor and/or suffer for their plight. There's a difference between removing those barriers and any persecution those groups may face however and just swinging the pendulum the other way to favour them through deliberate engineering, if not entirely misusing them. Sentiments and missions which had solid, logical and worthy cause have, I agree, become a power grab. Occasionally this power grab is not even by the groups falling within this bracket however, they can be hijacked by machiavellian or any other self serving types too, and often are, as society and individuals become dogmatically and blindly swept up in them.

I don't know about operations, but in times of staff shortages, which is most of the time, I promise you that untrained staff ARE filling in, and many of them are hardly geniuses.
