Poor old Roy. Will probably need a hand out of the Lamborghini muttering about how he prefers something with a higher seat, will accidently flick a v sign and say 'what's that about chip shop?' Great bloke. Perhaps he can have a quite word with the marketing department and tell them to stop this s***. Originally posted by southnorwoodhill
I really hope they do a special edition of "Arriving In Style" starring Roy Hodgson. Roy can arrive in his Lamborghini, in his M&S tracksuit, flicking a few hip hop hand signs to the paparazzi, it'll be amazing!

In all fairness to Steve, he's had just as effective a succession plan as the government have.

I very much doubt that Hodgson bought Eze even if he was bought during his time as manager. I seem to recall other players arriving during Hodgson's tenure like Víctor Camarasa who didn't even get a sniff of the first eleven maybe he didn't turn the club around after the FdB disaster - that would have been the players.

Err... you were saying? What next... What do you think I’m going to say - he “tanked it” ..!! Whatever remaining credibility SP had left as Chairman has now gone..!! Look this is the same Parish who decided not decided not to renew Roy’s contract - yet fast forward 20 months - he’s now trying to say/present Roy as the solution/saviour to retain our Premiership status- just doesn’t make sense..!! Parish is the problem- he has neither the wherewithal or financial resources to be a Premiership Chairman- but craves the gravitas of the position…!! It’s quite clear there are issues between Parish and the other Board Members - I shudder to think what they make of this..!! Until this is resolved and Parish exits - we will continue to lurch from one disaster to the next…! I have nothing against.Roy I think he comes across as aa decent and honourable Guy and I wish him and Ray (who I think is a very good coach) all the best and sincerely hope that they are successful in retaining our Premiership status. But even that won’t resolve the fundamental issue which is Parish and until that is sorted we will be in this continuous cycle of lack of investment/available funds to progress..!! COYP
