Unlike most of Europe Britain has had the Tories in.....and while they are a socially liberal party they are portrayed as 'right wing'. Hence to most of the normies they are voting out the right and giving the left a chance. If it didn't have to also affect us as well there would be a certain amusement to it. But unfortunately for us older types, the population....and especially the idealistic young need to learn the reality of what the left wing actually is when in power.

Never forget....when the conservatives pretend to be right wing that this woman here got her promotions and position under a Conservative government and a Defence department that allowed people with these insane views into positions of power in the army. On social policy you are living in a uniparty state. [Tweet Link]

Edited by Stirlingsays (18 Feb 2024 4.23pm) This is beyond words, we have not yet had incidents the US has experienced where Muslim military personnel have attacked their colleagues but this would make it much more likely. Does she think it is beyond the wit of terror groups to plant recruits with the specific long term aim of causing mayhem.
Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance. |

She has been successful holding these views and thus is a reflection or acceptance of the wishes of her employers.

I don't think the Tories ever considered themselves to be "right" in a mid 20th century sense. As their name implies, they are for advancement through continuity. I think they have become "right" by being right of Labour.

I don't recognise this Tory government, weak on crime, military the economy and continually lying about migration. They are out of touch with their core supporters.

'City bankers told to stop resisting Cameron plan to seize Russian state assets'. Just think of all the wonderful things bankers have done for the country over the last 14 years. Such as driving us into recession while they line their pockets. I'm so relieved they are keeping their bonuses I would hate them to suffer like the rest of us. Tories and labour, grovel on.

Your quote comes from a non story in inews ( surprise ) and is totally misleading Do away with banks, that's the answer. Why do the left gas light bankers in this dog whistle manner, they earn what people are prepared to pay them. They serve a more useful purpose than footballers for example who earn mega amounts for kicking a ball.
