Very much agree with this.

Andros' decision making in the final third is poor. When Wilf was out of the team, we really needed him to step up and deliver more and he wasn't able to do that.

He's a decent player, and he might be one of the hardest workers in the squad, but he's certainly not irreplaceable.

Employee of the month is a good example of how someone can be both a winner and a loser at the same time.

selling andros would somewhat worry me if the replacements mooted are the likes of antonio from whu.

the sell to buy argument wouldnt really work as unless we are planningn on using a young player it would probably cost us £20m to replace him.

if it meant blooding kai-kai or a AWB i would love the idea

in which case as per my point above there seems little point in selling andros unless we got a teady made appointment lined up for half what we get for him

We gonna buy Antonio from West Ham I reckon for around 7 mil cheaper than why we’ll sell Andros for - and he will replace Andros

That 7 mill will then in effect help us buy that third back up pacey winger we greatly needed when wilf got injured

It is on FM 2018 if you add a player to a team with players you want. Simply do an exchange of players, easy peasy. Either that or get the editor....
