Personally I didn't claim West Brom away was our best performance of the season. Stoke definitely was not.

Agree with this. 3 wins on the trot an 3 clean sheets is fantastic and just what we needed. Yet, people seem to forget we lost 4-0 at home to Sunderland, 2-1 at home to Swansea, couldnt beat a piss poor Watford side away, 3-0 away at West Ham.... I think we can start celebrating come May if Big Sam really has been a true hero. Those 3 results are huge, just a shame we couldn't get points from those 'winnable' games earlier, otherwise we'd be a as good as safe. Agree with this 100%. I wanted pardew to do well, he didnt and we got sam which. I'll admit I wasnt keen and he didnt have the immediate bounce in team performance/results. Hind sight is a wonderful thing and we'll have to wait and see if it pans out alright. I realise now as said by others that the teams below us would bite yer hand off to have allardyce as their manager. COYP
