Enjoyed reading this, made me chuckle. My only contribution is that the word Charlton means, in old English , " peasant dwelling ". And that VV is a fact i like , cos it sums up your scummy fans and club very nicely.

vv I thought you would have gone quiet by now, but you seem intent on conversing with the mighty Palace fans, so here goes. You give the impression of being articulate and then stoop to such lows as "You will be able to move away from the burnt out shells of shops and homes to the bucolic surrounds of Pease Pottage or similar. Patronising, streotypical, racist and derogatory. And why Pease Pottage? It's the third time you have refered to it. Why? Were you at the game on Friday? (I hope you weren't the one who threw the glass bottle at my friend and I whilst walking to the ground) If so, you will have seen passion and noise from the Palace faithful.

My favourite poster on the HOL I think... but only because we won.
This post is dedicated to the bloke I hit in the face in celebration. |

Homework? You are preaching to the wrong man, my learned gay pikey friend! Mr Powell is the one you should be telling this to! And maybe he may have stopped our academy players tearing you apart!

Charlton a f***ing embarrassment to south London ,your support for your club is abysmal ,your fans are Pikey retards and you are a very bitter deluded C-nt mouth.
The world was a mess but his hair was perfect! |

Sweethearts, Fresh back from a chat with that linesman about Specsavers. Now then, the sharp-eyed among you will have noticed that I never claimed we would win – in fact the result on the night was probably a fair reflection of the balance of play, clearly, we have to sharpen up our act in time for the rematch. Given that we are not your real rivals, it’s obviously just another away win for you and nothing particularly special – unlike that late Rommedahl goal was for us over at the supermarket. Must fly, many felicitations, and remember that smoking kills – especially that red smoke, and dressing up like an Arab can cause confusion at check-in! Chin Chin, VP You have words with him Prick...Tosser...w***er.... Yours in sympathy PRICK///

another poor result last night for the clowns. may well be punching above there weight, sometimes its better to be a biggish fish in a small pond and hopefully they will be swimming around in league 1 next season. The problem i have with erm is there dilusional fans and t***s like VV dont really help there cause. hopefully he can get on the Orient boards next season and tell there fans what a massive club chortalton are.

Lots of empty seats at charlton, my dad and me was saying that for a derby game (their derby game) you would have thought it would be a sellout. You could hear our fans the whole match. Reminded me of the olympics, great big gaps in the stands. Maybe like we got soldiers to stand in they should have asked zippos to stand in so it didn't look so empty.
Don’t say that your plastics were over at the Toolbox either – only 12191 there for the Top v Bottom contest, including 3000 from the League leaders. My calculations are that both games were attended by 50% of the available capacity..... so...... Bad news ........You need 13000 of those Olympic stand-in soldiers. Good news......You can share them on a rota basis with the spanners. Conclusion......CAFC are Number One in South London. Now That’s What I Call hubris (pron: hoobriss) Tatty-bye, scholars. VP Streets full of people, all alone

Fact is, we made more noise yesterday than you lot did in your cup final against us. It's all well and good dragging the United and Chelsea supporters down to the Valley, but it inevitably results in a soulless stadium. Still, I like Chris Powell and hope he succeeds. t***ty bye, back to being a character from a PG Wodehouse novel.
If something can't be described in plain English, maybe you shouldn't base an entire society on it. Just saying. |

Your prediction about future seasons is laughable, but if your claim that fans of Prem clubs are coming to watch the mighty Charlton – then why are they not braving their way up from Pease Pottage to visit the supermarket instead / as well ? The answer is that the noise you claim to be so good at – is just that........noise, with little or no substance behind it. I saw a post on another thread claiming your poor attendance against Cardiff (after beating us and drawing at NF) was down to “most of the students have gone back to university this week”.
VP I was just guessing at numbers and figures
