Anti-Homophobia Campaign-Good on The Palace

I can't wait for a couple of players to come out, then we can stop banging on about it. The sexuality, religious belief, personal hygiene habits, and dietary requirements of players doesn't matter a toss to me so long as they can play football. Our players will still be supported by our fans if they come out, players for other teams will still receive dogs abuse from our fans whether they come out or not. I remember (in no particular order) * he's got a tea towel on his head (Sodje at Crewe?) * he's got a pineaplle on his head (can't remember his name - dodgy haircut) * Nicky someone who's name eludes me - played for England I think, every time he came to take a corner getting abused about his weight (to the extent that he lifted his shirt at one stage to reveal a pretty impressive six-pack) just get it over and done with already! As Lisa Simpson said when watching a Pride march with people shouting "we're here, we're queer, get used to it": You're here every year, we ARE used to it

The campaign is to tackle Homophobia in football which directly effect gay footballers and suppporters so the campaign is relevant. When black players faced racism in the past the FA responded with Kick it out. If a player was to get abuse along religious grounds I would want to see action taken to stop the abuse.

Would love to see a footballer against starvation or football against undemocratic tyrants campaign though.

So I manage a Workshop which provides a safe learning environment for blokes struggling with PTSD and other mental health issues. Being a Palace fan isn't listed yet.
