To quote skj "TP ate next door" that was probably so they could all enjoy the evening without worrying about the conversation! The restaurant next door (Buenos Aires) is owned by Jules business partner who helped him get his restaurant off the ground so is no surprise. Who knows this could well lead to the start of a chain of Speroni if it proves a successful venture!

I wish they'd put a menu up for the restaurant on a web site. Does anyone know of one? I'm coming over at the end of April (yes, I've got my ticket for Man City thanks to a season ticket holder) and I'd love to give it a try. My American wife always teases me about English restaurants (she says they are terrible), so I'd love to take her here and impress her.

Two words, Waffle House! Imagine a cross between a little chef and happy eater from the 70s for those that don't know it.
