Murray and Gayle up front would be a very potent combination. And why has TP not yet played Ledley at DM? I thought that's where he would slot in, but he hasn't played there once. He's not very mobile or creative to play behind the striker. He would be a very good partner for Jedi When you’re knocked on your back and your life’s a flop...

I mean, Stoke were crap to watch, but they did attack people within TP's system and so eventually will we. We have no time for adjustments at this stage of the season. Sad to say Pulis won't be going all out attack. It'll be ultra defensive and grab a point here or there and may be a win. I take your point about Chelsea, City and Liverpool it would be nice to think that we'll give them something to think about but it'll more of the same. If it keeps us up then it's a valid tactic just so depressing to watch. Does anyone enjoy our games at the moment? The ups and downs of Palace have left me older than my years

I take your point about Chelsea, City and Liverpool it would be nice to think that we'll give them something to think about but it'll more of the same. If it keeps us up then it's a valid tactic just so depressing to watch.

Does anyone enjoy our games at the moment?

I do for around 10 seconds per game where we suddenly string 4 or 5 quality first time passes together and go forward, before the inevitable happens and we give it away

Never asked for adjustments, I said the players are adjusting and not as quickly as TP would like.
If we stay up though not much will change because like it or not this is how TP likes to play. Expect Crouch, Walters and Ryan Shotton to come in to improve the big punt up field and the long throw tactics.

Whatever way we play, we should be able to string a few passes within the team together, minimize DD's hoofballs, keep Jedinak away from free kicks, upgrade Bolasie on elementary football tactics, drop KG for someone and let Cameron warm the bench for the whole match. Otherwise I'm completely happy with the total points approaching 30! And Newcastle will be without Remy!!!

we won games when we had to (we were in the bottom 3), now the onus is on not losing and going back in the bottom 3 ; but that is a dangerous game to play The opening poster has a valid point, as are away games are easier aand we look better as a counter attacking team Pulis may have never been relegated, but palace have never stayed up in the premier in that time. So somethings got to give!

Pulis may have never been relegated, but palace have never stayed up in the premier in that time. So somethings got to give!
