Spot on mate. I'm hoping next season he steps up because if he can do at prem level what he could do at champ level then that would be special. Needs to up end product though - his goals / assists is pretty low but apparently he's upping that at Ipswich so fingers crossed.

While i rate joniesta, him going on loan doesnt affect us in the slightest. While he is a pretty amazing dribbler with a good bit of pace about him, he needs improvement on his passing, definitely needs huge improvement on shooting and crossing. Bannan is the carbon copy of Joniesta but better im afraid.

What a stupid post. I don't see why people rate him so highly. Yes he is a talented young player but he is very raw and is yet to prove himself in a big game or over a number of games. Looking back at last season, when he was fit, Jonny never really stood out that much. I can probably only count two or three games where he had a really good game. It does seem that any fan hates it when a young player from the academy doesn't get played, as if the manager is damaging our academy. They way we are playing under Pulis means Williams would not have seen a lot of the ball and he isn't the type of player to sit deep and defend so him going on loan doesn't mean that's why we may go down

Well there's a fair chance we'll go down and you can use the old 'told you so' routine and it's all to do with Joniesta going on loan.Which of course is a total pile of old w***.

If you look at Williams stats there is no way you can argue that he would have helped us score more goals. He has played 62 games for Palace and has got one goal and seven assists to his name. Not exactly the creative spark you are making him out to be.
