Mal was right without a doubt and there is still a need to take an objective look at the way the clubs image is marketed. Many clubs including Palace are described as family clubs or community clubs. If we want to draw in new support then there is a need to create a feeling within South London and points south that by coming to Selhurst you are joining a rather edgy party rather than doing something that you could do with your gran.
