You said take the number of convictions and divide it by the population. I did, and it turned out to be only 0.16% of the population if every single conviction for child sex offences in a year was by a member of the pakistani community.

In actuality the finger is 0.003% of the pakistani community were convicted of child sex offences. As you said, its not difficult, and nor is it damning.

England & Wales crime rate for 2012 = 0.07%

So, what has been proved is that South Africans are great people and the Romanians are as criminal as the next guy, but no more.
