It did hit it. That's what took off the tail wing and caused it to go sideways.


..actually looks like the pilot did it on purpose to crash land into the water, he saved some lives on his plane as well as many that would of been killed had he not.


Nah. I've seen an angle that is filming toward the left more and as it is climbing over the block the left rear tail wing hits the building, sending the plane sharp left, into a roll and across the bridge.

No pilot in the world, flying that type of plane, could've done that on purpose to hit the water, nor would want to.
