How come no-one knows the name of the "famous" actress who made the accusation?

And why isn't she being prosecuted? An accusation of rape when you don't believe you consented I kind of get. An allegation of sexual assault when the accusation is a grope and it turns out to be accidental I also get (I spend a lot of time commuting and being for more up close and personal than I would like with loads of people), but an accusation of penetration when it cannot possibly have happened is simply a lie, and I hope the bloke sues the crap out of her! If the case is as black and white as it appears then how on earth did it ever get past the viewing of CCTV?
It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses. |

How this was actually persued by the Police after CCTV evidence is a farking joke, let alone it going to trial, this smacks of that man haters agenda at the CPS. 3 things should happen here. One the man hater should lose her job. It's bints like this that make actual victims of sexual abuse so reluctant to come forward. Absolute nasty pig of a woman. He should now be free to name his accuser - I bump into tons of people at Waterloo on a weekly basis so I will look to avoid brushing past (insert name of any actress in her 60's here)...
