i was trying to balance the lets kill all islamics brigade. and maybe our special forces are paranoid, but they seem to have stepped up security a darn sight more than it was before we helped ourselves to being bigger target than we already were for our involvement in israel and general arms trading etc... i certainly avoid the tube when i can these days. and i dont remember the threat from islamics being anything like it was from the ira back then. i just hope our police keep up their amazing work, it's all very sad and frightening. i will never understand anyone wanting to harm anyone for any reason, and that goes for all sides.

having lived in saudi arabia for 10 years of my life i have had to put up with these fcukin tossers more than half of my life all going round saying kill the white man the answer is simple get the t***s that think all white people should die and beat the living s*** out of them.

Not a big fan of terrorists, gross understatement. What do they prove by doing something like this, do they impress their folks at home, 'Oh, I killed 12 people today' - they're complete nutters, although, unfortunately an attack here is likely, it's good to see that our forces are trying to keep on top of it, they do seem to get an awful lot of tip-offs, although one day, one of these plans may slip the net. If they kill people, they should be hanged, shot or left to die a slow painful death, I'd like the first two to happen, capital punishment would need serious consideration in a case of terrorism. America and partly the UK forces blowing the heck out of middle-eastern countries just gives terrorists a greater reason to retaliate, via terrorists. We see terrorists as bad guys and they see us as bad guys, they probably think we're 'terrorists' too but in a different sense. Hey, what do I know, I'm only 16!

Capital punishment isn't going to deter nutters that are prepared to blow themselves up..it will only make martyrs of them.
Living down here does have some advantages. At least you can see them cry. |

just like it doesn't deter crime in the us. but you're right - look at that b****** who did the bali bombing - he cheered like mad when he got sentenced to death. there is no simple answer to this - all this shoot them business, just like ireland, it's really hard to undo the mess in this world.

Can't deal with this again .. especially as I just wrote about 2 pages about what i wanted to say and then I lost connection .. i.e. got to start again Anyway, Reborn we should talk coz where you got "Jews, you know what to do" is beyond me. These are 2 seperate issues .. the Israel Palestina war is one thing, terrorist acts of Al Qaeda is another and are completely seperate (although they seem to be growing together due to the fact that all Muslims are starting to unite .. just like the Western world). To call for the jews because of Western Europe muslim extremists however means you have problems seperating the 2 major issues here. I'm sure we'll discuss this at length whilst drinking a couple of pints next time I'm over .. Edited by JollyStef (30 Mar 2004 3:36pm)
