Not that I especially care who is knobbing who but all the birds in my office are in a tizz speculating who it might be and now curiosity has got ahold of me. Allegedly.

It's all over Twitter. Threesomes are for gayers.

We were somewhere around Barstow, on the edge of the desert, when the drugs began to take hold...

If Twitter is accurate it is hardly earth shattering given the history of one of the involved.

It's not Rod Stewart, Mick Jagger or Davis Bowie

Thing I can't help but think, is

a) Eventually the story will be printed
b) more people will be interested.

Its like Giggs banging his brothers wife, it became a major story because of the gag order. Without it, it would have been a day or two's news, because after all, premiership football sex cheat is hardly a story.

Why spunk all the cash on lawyers, better probably to sell the story yourself, get control of it and earn some money - and maybe even use it to further your career.

The law is indeed flawed. It's like when that teacher Jeremy Forrest ran away with his student. The entire media reported her name when they were searching for her yet as soon as she was found and proceedings began against him, they could no longer name her even though everyone in the country already knew who she was. Utterly pointless.

The tinterweb has made a lot of laws redundant.

We have two threads going at the moment that 20 years ago would have been very different ( I know we would be on a Palace forum but stick with me)

Tax & privacy both have laws that just make the judicial system look antiquated

Easy to find out, and you'd rather not know who it is.

A legal technicality, as missing child, her information is required to be shared, to find her etc..

As a child in court proceedings, her identity is not legally allowed to be published, even if everyone actually knows who she is. I don't think she can waive it either, unless its a historic case (as she'd be an adult) - I don't think you can waive anonymity as a child either, even if you want to.
