Didn't do enough when not on the ball. Yes, good player but perhaps not a Pardew type of player. You watch Cabeye, McArthur and Jedi when they don't have the ball. They run there socks of chasing and trying to win it back. The winning it back stuff is something Bannen lacks I'm afraid. As always it's about opinions and he looks great in the championship :-)

Didn't do enough when not on the ball. Yes, good player but perhaps not a Pardew type of player. You watch Cabeye, McArthur and Jedi when they don't have the ball. This is basically a bottle competition and the weed never win the playoffs because of lack of bottle. And with an injury list like theirs they couldn't overturn a 2-goal deficit against anyone. The second leg should be quite funny. And if not how do you think they'd get on against Hull, given the hiding they gave derby in the first leg?
