Iceland weren't even the lowest ranked team at the tournament and they qualified above Turkey and the Dutch.

They should be let into the Premier League and will obviously finish bottom. Then we'll see whether getting relegated from the Championship to League One was what they had in mind. Or are they assuming that they'd be exempt from relegation because they're a "big club"? They do look pretty foolish right now.
