Well no because it is a tired old town with no facilities , except a racecourse for a good night out I can get to in ten minutes because of the good road system in MK.

That's why some properties in MK are worth a lot more than some properties in 'lovely villages' in the back of beyond where nobody wants to live.

Wouldn't you like to live in Milton Keynes? All those lovely red balloons. Interesting comment about Hayling Island - stopped over in nearby Chichester one weekend - had about five dealings with the locals, it can't have been a coincidence that they all were examples of ignorant, aggressive low-life (I'll spare you the details but they're quite appalling at times) - real 'American Werewolf in London' types. People think it's going to be elegant and vibrant because there's a big cathedral right in the middle of it, but they soon learn otherwise.

I have been to Chichester town centre on a few occasions and I have not witnessed so called "Chavs" roaming about. I have been to Chichester town centre on a few occasions and I have not witnessed so called "Chavs" roaming about. Au contraire - people out shopping seemed respectable types and people I spoke to were well spoken and helpful.
