I rarely go to London on the train but had to do so today,as I was alighting from the 10:14 from East Croydon at Victoria a passenger in first class was trying very hard to turn away and not be seen,It was as the title suggests Alan Pardew,in a blue suit and white shirt,he stuck to the left hand side as we alighted. You can make your guesses as to what he was up to!

Was he up front in the carriage leaving the rear exposed?

anybody wants to take bets on when the WBA fans will start chanting SackPardew, pardew out etc ?

i bet it starts before the end of January.

all accelerated by the fact he is not from that 'hood and never played for them. Do they have a core of teenage fans that he could ingratiate himself with to buy a few more weeks after all the losses on the pitch ?

Eze Peasy at Anfield....

Shhhhhhhhh! Don’t give the WBA fans any ideas. We want him to stay!

Palace since 19 August 1972. Palace 1 (Tony Taylor) Liverpool 1 (Emlyn Hughes)

just saw his interview on MOTD , he blamed 'young ollie' for messing up something at a corner.

well done Pardew, go and rip into your own players on the telly. Really professional and great for team morale ! Maybe all the other managers should take your lead and start dissing their own players.

is it some kind of an April Fools joke that this plank is still in management ?

Be interesting if they still need points to be safe on the last day at Selhurst.
Hopefully we'll be safe by then.

He's got to do something and fast. He started steady, very much like Roy with draws but wasn't able to change that to wins.

Key for me is though that Palace had lost every game and FDB was a flop. When we started drawing games and keeping clean sheets, it could only be described as an upturn due to new Management.

With Pards though, was it new Management that helped West Brom get some 0-0's or is that just the route their form would of taken anyway with a defensive Manager like Pulis in charge.

I'm hoping and thinking it's the latter, if so it will get even worse for West Brom as the Pulis regime slowly becomes a fading memory to the players.
