Mix it with some dill and lime juice a sprinkling if chilli flakes. Salt pepper. Then get a large sweet potato. Slice it like bread. Toast it til cooked. Blackened a bit so soft inside. Place the avocado green spluge on top. Eat it like a b******. Smile.

Lovely things but with 10% saturated fat content you will end up the same shape.

Don't really mind whether it's Tesco, Sainsburys or I av acado come round with my shopping, as long as they're timely.
Living down here does have some advantages. At least you can see them cry. |

Forget the toast - just mash it up with a little French dressing, some freshly ground black pepper and smear it on all over..........
