Contracted for 35, normally do about 40 (no overtime), which is pretty cushy, but I do spend 1hr 45 getting in, and 2hr getting back, hence I work from home Monday and Tuesday (because I can) I'm about similar to this. Used to do more but recently relocated to just outside Colchester so the journey has made me leave on time to get an evening still. Doing one day a week from home to save on the commute helps too.

It was around 55 in the office and 15 at home. Now gone part time and it’s weird. Getting lots done at home but constantly feeling guilty.

40 hours a week, 6AM-2PM, 40 minute drive both ways. Waking up at 445AM beats sitting in D.C. traffic for 2 hours each way.

If there's no kids I don't get paid! Luckily works been steady and I average 20 to 30 hours a week. I've got time to drop my daughter off and pick her up from school. Money's tight sometimes, but I'm so much more relaxed and happier that it's worth it. Work to live not live to work. Blimey Nick. I'm amazed you found the time to post on here twenty four thousands times.

I commute to Cardiff - so Monday and Friday is long and the rest of the week very short!
