I'm amazed at the primitive management techniques of British managers. Has Hodgson learned nothing. One thing Pardew got right, and Fat Sam later recognised, was that Wilf and Townsend (and before that Bolasie) had an instinctive understanding of each other. Some say it was a form of telepathy - which is ridiculous pseudo science. Of course, it was glaringly obvious to those of us who are a bit better informed. Wild and Townsend are both fire signs. Townsend is a Scorpio (albeit born on the cusp of Virgo) and Wilf is a classic sagitarrean. Russell Grant pointed this out on Super Sunday, when he was filling in for Andy Gray. Wickham - don't get me wrong, lovely fella - but he's a Taurus. They are always injury prone. Cabaye (aquarian) has a natural tendency to show off - and boy, is the typical of the genre.
Sel-Hurst, from the ango saxon, means clearing (sel) in the wood (hurst) There should be so much positive energy we could channel. But the cashpoint near Sainsbury's completely diverts it. (I wrote to Steve Parish about this. And guess what? He didn't even reply!) Anyway, I'm in Croydon tomorrow night for a works Xmas do. If anyone wants a tea leaf reading, or a Psychic assessment, I'm available. I won't be able to accept any money for my gift. But if you could cover my travel expenses (a return ticket to the year 1923, on my time machine, is around £40) that would be acceptable.

Thanks Merganser I wasn't really expecting you to reply, because your aura seems a bit low, so fair play to you for making the effort. I only really support Palace for the crystals, but the whole football thing has grown on me (I think there is a definite like with Gemstone therapy anyway) so now I'm probably Palace's most knowledgeable fan. The things I could tell you about Bobby Kennard.

Those were the days John McCormick and Mel Blyth were twin centre backs. Naturally, they worked together, because the 'twins' were both Geminis Originally posted by Willo

To make sure, I wrapped it around a brick and threw it through his car windscreen. Normally I write in my own blood, but everyone does that so my letter just looks like another plea from a Palace fan Edited by OhthisbloodyPC (10 Dec 2017 10.35pm)

£50, a night at Jury's Inn (so I can finish the Christmas shopping) and me train fare and I'll come and work it for you.......
