Indeed. As soon as I see the words "entitled to go down" it's time to stop reading. Nobody is "entitled to go down" to try to manipulate the decision. The only reason for "going down" is Newton's second law of motion.

It’s unfortunate that it does but it’s so fast now it has to because bad defending would get away with it and goals or goal scoring chances would be stopped by poor defending whether accidental or intentional.
