if fat adapted it not that hard.

this is the thing i was like a lot of you in here many years ago and when i played football this is what we was told eat good carbs many years later started having health issues so switched it's best thing you can do for your health and especially for energy.

it really opens your eyes to what we have been told is so misleading and false.

if all these fat people did proper low carb like keto the correct way the weight would come off and they would feel so much better but they don't want to, dr don't help neither do the likes of so called diet experts feeding false balanced diet bs.

The types or balancing of food groups should change according to your calorie output and type of physical activity and work. Ask a dietician and they’ll tell you this, including sports dieticians who won’t tell their clients or colleagues to eat meat only or once or twice a day or 5-6 hours after the activity, match or training. Really quite ludicrous.

Dietician you are not. People in active jobs like emergency services and working in production or stacking shelves overnight need carbs. That is a fact. Or do you also think the club canteen at beckenham doesn’t exist because they should all be able to wait and eat at 7am and 7pm only and never eat a string of spaghetti or grain of rice?

Your view on what the human body needs when it’s burning 500 to 1,000 calories in a day more than the average person is quite ridiculous. I’m not talking about huge amounts of carbs but they are needed. Humans evolved as hunters and foragers, so not much physical exertion there. Then came farming and later came industry.

With you starving yourself I’m not surprised you have these strange opinions. You’re probably a secret eater and don’t practice what you preach anyway, like it’s some sort of achievement not eating all day. I feel very light headed, fatigued and as if I’m starting to feel unwell if I don’t eat by 2pm, yet your answer is to put cream in my coffee all day until dinner at night time. Ha ha ha. Tell us what you secretly eat during the day, when r how lean and toned you are, like a male catwalk model.

Wrong

Not a fact at all and shows you have no understanding of the human body also go and look at the science to educate yourself.

The only time carbs are useful is if you was competing in some sports like boxing otherwise 100% we do not need to consume any again science backs this up our bodies create what we need in that department.

Again you show you do not understand the human body by coming out with calories next you are just listening to what has been pitched to you not the science.

go and get educated again shows you don't have a clue we need fat/protein both contain going by your silly calorie method more calories then carbs so eating both will give you more calories then carbs.

You feel light headed because all you eat is carbs so you are crashing how is it people eating carnivore diet like myself have no sugar and never get that yet we can compete in iron man and go look up Shawn Baker.

I have a simple diet which consists of
rib eye steaks
chicken
double cream
butter
coconut oil
Cheese

do your silly calorie counter on that you will see that is more then enough. being that 1 rib eye steak is 800-900 calories alone.

That is wrong again go and look at the science if you can't understand the science ask somebody that does to explain it because you are coming out with the same sort of rubbish the government/nhs and your dieticians come out with why because that is what have been taught.

rather then them using brain to research they settle for what they have been told.

I have been involved in sports science and the data again shows we do not need carbs but some sports do benefit.

published scientist and even sports scientist Bart Kay look him up meat only eater and has many papers

I can go on and on.

A scientist who sits down all day and eats meat. No wonder he can. People who are active can’t.

So only boxers need carbs. You’d better tell the premier League.

I don’t only eat carbs. I have a balanced diet, which is healthy for the short and long term. All food groups, including plenty of protein. I eat raw oats and fruit for breakfast (wouldn’t want or need to eat meat and fat every morning) and could last most of the day, but I feel light headed by 2pm if I don’t eat.

Your diet of fat and meat will have you operating now, but suffering heart and other organ diseases later on. You’re also at a disadvantage, hence why the premier league and other professional sports won’t be taking up your protein only diet, because although you can live on it, you’re not at your peak performance on it.

One thing I’ll do that your advocating is eat nuts if on the go and struggling to eat properly, although I haven’t had that difficulty lately.

My blood sugar, blood pressure and cholesterol (2.9) are all very healthy while being active on this diet thanks very much, which won’t be on a fat and protein only diet in time and I’m not putting danger on my organs by eating excessive amounts of fat. But good luck, especially when you slow down.

I can go on and on.

Your farts must really stink and you must sh1t like cream, often constipated with bits of meat hanging around in your colon. That isn’t healthy. If any diet is more natural for the human body it’s an alkaline diet that is close to a foraging diet.

‘I can go on and on.’ Ha ha ha.

As I said before you don't have a clue what you are talking about go and get an education on the human body.

I see you are trying to twist words again I said sports like boxing I never stated only boxing.

Balanced diet what the same balanced diet the NHS suggests you claim is long term healthy yet what are we seeing many long term diseases and people having problems which are all related to carb intake.

Oats and fruit both unhealthy proven fact look at the science.

Again shows you don't have a clue oats are high in fat.

What are you not understanding is it you have not had enough sugar light headed is because you are loading up on carbs once you use those carbs you are crashing because that is what you are using wrongly as you energy source.

If you are fat adapted you will use fat from your body so your blood sugars will be maintained so none of this lightheaded stuff that you experience which shows again you are not eating the correct diet.

You use no science data at all coming out with each post even more rubbish showing again you don't have a clue about human body, heart and organ disease has nothing to do with fat show the prove that a person who only eats protein/fat nothing else has these problems you cant it doesn't exist but people that eat carb/fat/protein their is plenty.

I see again your tried to twist it to a protein only diet now again never said that fat/protein both are required.

if you had been involved in sports even science of it you would see that a lot of them are fat adapted you can not function in endurance sports without it again go a get educated you are out of your depth.

I never said eat nuts why would you again long term they are not healthy.

Blood results which you didnt post up again can be meaningless based on the system that is used to read them here an example a lot of people that are re diabetic have normal sugar readings which is why you need to go through multi testing and even then based on current system it may claim they are still fine when they are not.

Ok mr expert fat is bad so why is it if a person has an organ disease lets say fatty liver and diabetes type 2 switching to a high fat diet with no carbs this is cured by what you are saying the opposite result should be happening.

How so if you eat like this you rarely have wind and no constipation at all. (let me guess you will come up with but you need fiber wrong again)

Meat does not hang around the colon again you chatting compete rubbish.

Everything you come out with is false it's like you are taking it from thesun stories no data backs up anything you are saying.

what next from you the earth is flat.

People who have balanced diets and are lean tend to not have diseases and issues with organs earlier than the body does through old age. You’re talking about people who eat a mixture of the food groups but eat bad stuff excessively and probably don’t exercise.

Humans are omnivores, not carnivores. Where are our claws and teeth to rip animals to pieces?

Good luck in later life on your diet. That’s all.

Last post because it's waste of time you are clearly to dumb to understand the subject.

So you are saying everybody that follows this balanced diet are healthy yet again the data shows opposite so again you are just making things up.

what is bad stuff according to you mr expert? more carbs i suppose whole grains.

wrong again shows you know nothing of the human body and how we process foods and being carnivore has nothing to do with claws and you may want to look into evolution add that to your education list.

you still didn't answer my question about organ disease which you claimed is because of fat yet i have give you only 2 example that these organ diseases are cured by high fat.

After seeing you post on other threads I’m amused at you calling me dumb.

I can’t be bothered either. I do t see any of the people I know with balanced diets having any health issues whatsoever. If you eat sh1t, you’ll suffer.

We’ll see in years to come how correct you are, won’t we.

More to do with efficiency, being able to complete ordinary tasks becomes more difficult and this will affect output both in home and more importantly work.

It is extremely complex because people are so different but exercise is probably the most important issue, infections and autoimmune problems causes the most damage to organs, being overweight will not help in both instances ..people tend to not understand the simple fact that anything you put into your mouth and digest will convert purely into sugar (glucose)

Reducing the amount of sugar consumed should be done by the manufactures of the stuff we eat, they are at fault because they want to sell and they fully understand how humans crave sweet tasting food, the amount of sugar in everything is disgusting and when I say everything I mean everything!

And to exercise or lead an active life, you need.... some carbs.
