This wasn’t a legal judgment against me. This wasn’t a criminal trial. The police, who were aware, took no action. This was a successful claim for personal injury damages granted because in the Judge’s opinion there was no other explanation for them. It was a clever fraud that would have been avoided with a dash cam. Something I am now installing in my car and recommend everyone does. If people want to use my experience, and the lesson it has taught me, as just another brick to bash a poster they disagree with then I pity them. I have no idea why anyone thinks I have lost other cases. I haven’t. I have been refused grants, which are being reviewed and had a Council Tax review refused, but two other cases, each over 20 years ago in the small claims court, I won. This last one was the first involving a barrister and was essentially run by the insurers and not me.

One man's irrational hatred is another man's disdain and hilarity at narcissistic arrogance of a degree previously not encountered until this board.
Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance. |

Indeed, perhaps he just needs to 'evolve' to his legal realities and understand that the way he sees things is in the past now. His Cornish pastries have gone a bit stale.

As doing anything too physical is a struggle right now responding to the garbage being posted here keeps me awake!

I may be many things. Tenacious and determined certainly, but narcissistic I am not. Perhaps you should attempt to understand the meaning of words before you use them. Did you not just get your 10th booster? No. I am up to date, having had the flu vaccine and the covid together in the Autumn. I think that was the 5th. Apparently the variant now in circulation has evolved to be able to resist our immune systems better than the previous ones. Hence I am feeling worse than with the previous infections. This isn't over yet.
