Is there anyone who can clarify the premier league loan rules.

As far as I’m aware premier league clubs can only have two players on loan at any one time. What confuses me is that Fulham had about half a dozen loan players this season and sometimes played three or four at the same time.

The way things are at CPFC at the moment we will probably need to get players in on loan to be able to put a squad together.

The rules regarding loans from other English clubs are that they can only sign a maximum of two but they can sign players on loan from overseas clubs in addition.
