Eze is the best player at the club and needs to play the AM role It's easy to get misty eyed nostalgic when thinking of Eze's finer performances, but truth is there were a lot of games where he was fairly anonymous. At the time I thought it might be Hodgson's tactics hindering Eze's obvious talent. Until he fully recovers from the injury, we'll never know. PV is giving the time he needs, but until then it can't be said he's the best player at the club. Potentially? Yes of course, why not? But not at the moment.

ATM he's a bench player for me, but would 100% be bringing him on in that no10 role. I also wouldn't be scared to bring him on for Connor, his form has dropped of late

Gallagher is young with limited experience at Premier League level. His early performances set a high benchmark that was always going to be difficult to sustain. He's also missed Jimmy Mac alongside him. It's a bit of levelling out with him at the moment, but I'm sure he can recapture that early season form before too much longer.
