Political correctness is often about giving a help-up to a bunch of thicks. Just to make a quota, a gender-quota or otherwise. Helping the people who would otherwise not be well represented. In Ireland we have quotas for Female University professorships and high political office.....not fair , but that's politics for ya. However, Chinese US students getting accepted onto a prestigious MBA ? they are arguing ( correctly) that they are all being discriminated against cos they are all super intelligent. Harvard etc do not want a class photo of 500 graduates and every one of them is Chinese-american. so they are capping the genius kids and giving a leg-up to the thicks. It's like excluding Messi from your squad cos you already have a few white men. Political correctness is often about giving a help-up to a bunch of thicks. Just to make a quota, a gender-quota or otherwise. Helping the people who would otherwise not be well represented.
